超純水高頻漂洗槽：

Ultra pure water high-frequency rinsing tank:

1、結構為鋸齒形三面溢流，第13、12槽設進純水口，與純水預熱箱及純水源并聯(lián)相接。溢水槽寬35mm。通過溢流可以源源不斷進入新鮮液體，保持槽內液體有較高的清潔度，進水前加設3道PP過濾系統(tǒng)，過濾精度根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需要設定。

1. The structure is zigzag three side overflow. The 13th and 12th grooves are equipped with pure water inlet, which is connected in parallel with pure water preheating tank and pure water source. The overflow channel is 35mm wide. Fresh liquid can enter the tank continuously through overflow to keep the liquid in the tank clean. 2、槽體設排液口，可通過手動球閥將液體直接排掉。
